Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may access your room if available or leave your luggage in our secure storage.
Late Check-Out
Upon request, check-out can be extended beyond the standard time of 11:00 AM. A surcharge applies: 50% of the room rate until 4:00 PM and 100% after. Alternatively, you can store your luggage and continue enjoying the Relais’ amenities, including the bar, pool, winery tours, or a shopping day at the Serravalle Designer Outlet.
